My assistant isn't responding

- Check AI provider, verify your API key is valid and has credits in Settings > API Keys.
- Check channel connection, go to Channels and verify the channel shows as "Connected".
Messages are slow
- First message after waking up, if your assistant was paused, it takes a few seconds to start. After that, responses are fast.
- AI provider latency, response speed depends on your chosen model and provider load.
Dashboard won't load
- Clear your browser cache and try again.
- Check that you're logged in with the correct account.
- Try a different browser or incognito mode.
I can't find my assistant's dashboard
Your assistant has its own dashboard for advanced features (chat, prompts, scheduled tasks). You can find the link on the Chelar dashboard home page, click Open Chat or look for the dashboard link in your assistant's status card.
