Upgrade & Downgrade
How to change your Chelar plan.
Upgrading
- Go to Settings > Billing in the dashboard.
- Click Upgrade and select your new plan.
- You'll be redirected to Stripe to complete payment.
- The new plan takes effect immediately.
Downgrading
- Go to Settings > Billing and click Manage Subscription.
- Select a lower tier or cancel.
- The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- If downgrading removes features you're using (e.g., extra channels), you'll be prompted to resolve conflicts.
Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription suspends your container at the end of the billing period. Your data is preserved for 30 days. If you want to permanently delete your account and all data, use the Delete Account option in Settings or contact support.
