Telegram
Bot Not Responding
- Verify the bot token is correct in Channels > Telegram.
- Check that the bot hasn't been deleted or blocked via BotFather.
- Ensure your assistant is running (not suspended), check the status badge on the dashboard.
Bot Not Receiving Group Messages
Telegram bots have privacy mode enabled by default, they only see messages starting with / or messages that mention them. To change this:
- Message @BotFather.
- Send
/setprivacy. - Select your bot and choose Disable.
